I wake up 35 weeks into my pregnancy with a very sharp pain in my upper chest on the right hand side. It is late Sunday night and by Monday morning - I feel no better, so I call in sick to work and then call my OB. In my small city, our OB's do not work on Monday's - there was one on call - however I don't really think I am an emergency situation.
