Lessons learned from pre-eclampsia and HELLP

Four and a half years ago, my son was born at 31 1/2 weeks, at just over 3 lbs, due to severe pre-eclampsia. Unfortunately, after delivery, my pre-eclampsia worsened and I developed HELLP post-partum.
