HELLP Syndrome

In 1995 my wife develope HELLP Syndrome at week 26. In order to save her life, our daughter Taylor was delivered 14 weeks early, weighing 1lb, 14 ounces. Thankfully, my wife slowly recovered from her blood pressure numbers doubling, very low platelets and kidney failure. Our daughter lived for 2 months in NICU and never came home. She developed NEC and we had to make the difficult choice to take her off of life support.
