In Loving Memory of Shirley

On November 3rd, 2006, Shirley gave birth to baby girl Carina. She was born healthy and weighted 7 pounds 2.5 ounces. In a tragic twist of fate, she did not live to see her beautiful baby. Shirley suffered from a hemorrhagic stroke during delivery and fell into a coma. With profound sadness, she departed us on November 5th, 2006.
