I just replied to another question about the HSS's conference on the PF Annual Meeting's section. I wondered if it would be better to have a separate topic just for this conference (those questions could be moved there, right?). That way people could easily find info on both conferences, and they wouldn't dilute the information about each other. KWIM?
In fact, you might want to set up a whole new area of the Forum (like "Chapters"), just for conferences. You could have:
-- 2004 Preeclampsia Foundation Annual Meeting
-- 2004 HELLP Syndome Society Consortium
-- Other conferences where we will be
