OK nvm it's done there is a box now that says remember password so i'm hoping this is it. Sorry.

I am confused I cannot find these settings and this is driving me insane!!!!

If you're a registered user, and you run into the problem of the forum prompting you for your user name and password each time you attempt to post (like I did this past weekend [;)]) try this:

In Windows XP:
Go under the Tools menu
Select "internet options"
Under the "Temporary Internet Files" select the "settings" tab
Under the "Check for newer version of stored pages" select "every visit to the page"

And see if that helps [:D]
