That's great, I think that alot of my high BP was due to stress and not knowing if something was wrong. After a few high BP scares I decided to get a cuff like you, and as long as I take my BP after limited activity and while resting(not on my side, sitting up) I have found that it is consistantly 135/80 or so, that is the average. And for me that is still good. Just remember that fluctuations of 15 higher on bottom and 30 higher on top than your regular prepregnancy BP is high whether or not it is above 140/90. I pray that you get the consistant results that I have and that you pre-e scares go away.
