My bp seems to be different from most... I can be up doing normal activity and while its elevated.. its really not bad (130's/70s) but the minute I sit down, I start feeling awful.. the longer I sit the worse it gets. I start swelling more and get tingly, hot, fatigued and short of breath and my bp goes up significantly (140's-160s/high 80s-90s and once over 100). I know most people get higher BP WITH activity but mine seems to be completely different. It IS lower when ive been asleep and take it before I get out of bed in the morning (120/70.. which is still higher than my normal but I never see this number during the day). Why would it do this? It just seems so odd to me.
