Yes or you can also go to any firestation at anytime and they will take it for you

Have you taken your BP? You could stop by a drug store and use the ones they have near the pharmacy. They're not 100% accurate, but can give you a general idea.

I agree with the other girls,always call your doctor when it comes to any concerns especially during a pregnancy. That is what the doctors and staff are there for and you have hired them for the most important job so use them. I also had swelling in my face which is not normal I later found out so better safe then sorry. Will be thinking of you and hope all will be ok, let us know how you are.

From your post it sounds like in your momma gut you're concerned about what is happening... and I think that's your best indicator of what to do. A call to your doctor sounds in order... whether it's something to worry about (and those are some very significant symptoms IMHO) or not, you'll have an answer- and your peace of mind is worth it! My guess is that your doctor will also be very glad you called.

Hi my name is Amanda and I am 27 years old. I am just shy of 18 weeks and I have had some issues and I know preeclampsia is not common before 20 weeks but I would like some answers/help. I have not talked to my doctor yet. I have lately had swelling in my face (especially around my eyes) when i wake up every morning. I have swelling in my hands (it comes on suddenly) and I have swelling in my feet,ankles, and legs. I have been drinking a lot because I am very thirsty but i have not been urinating as much as i think i should with the amount that I am drinking. I get chronic headaches so I don't know if it has anything to do with anything and I also have pretty bad back pain. I don't know if im worrying for nothing, but i didn't have any of these symptoms with my son. Any help or suggestions would be great.Thank you!
