Because you mention referred shoulder pain I would want to run bloodwork labs, *today*, to rule out the possibility that your liver is inflamed. It's very unusual to develop HELLP in a third pregnancy, but stranger things have happened. Can you go to L&D, report shoulder pain and a history of preeclampsia, mention the possibility that it's referred from your liver, and ask them to run a panel?
It sounds like you've developed tachycardia - pulse elevated above 100 - which is often treated with beta blockers. That alone would make anyone miserable, but on top of that you've got awful headaches and elevated pressures. Given the symptoms and your history, I would also be worried. Are you being seen by a maternal-fetal medicine specialist who has experience with these pregnancies?
