Sometimes all you can do is enjoy the moment and today being well. I really like this quote and read it frequently while pregnant. "Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its troubles; it robs today of its strength.l

You might find it helpful to ask your doctor what would worry her- and use that as your guidepost for if and when to be concerned.

Keep posted! And yay for awesome blood pressure and more time being pregnant! :)

It's when I blink I see them so the light - is that a worry ?they last a second. went to the doctor yesterday told her about visual disturbances she was ok about it. Everything else seems to be ok for the moment.

I also just wanted to say that I feel for you Mama!! I know it's so scary <3 <3 Did you have any visual disturbances with your first baby? If so, are they similar?! My first two times with PE I didn't really have any but with my 3rd, I had nightmarish visual disturbances and then with my fourth, the scary ones showed up right before delivery again because of preeclampsia. I have now been able to TOTALLY distinguish which ones were the non scary pregnancy related ones and which were without a doubt caused by PE.

Hi Anny4. So to me, it sounds like a migraine possibly.... Was the red and blue light small or like a ribbon?! You saying pain in one eye sounds like my migraines and those can go along with stress also. Can you describe the "light" you're seeing?! Are you having a headache?! Are you doing good otherwise? I think sleepiness sounds good.... I certainly had the EXACT opposite with my visual disturbances.

During my second pregnancy I was seen by an MFM who had a nurses line I could call night and day. Perhaps you can give your doctor a call and describe what is going on. They should either have you come in to be seen and/or give you some re-assurance. Just don't leave it be, better to call your doc, so s/he is aware what symptoms you are experiencing.

How was your appointment today?

You might find it beneficial to speak with someone during your pregnancy that can provide stress relief strategies. I did during my 2nd pregnancy and found it extremely helpful. Excessive stress and worry about what might happen certainly doesn't keep things from happening and really drains the energy you need during pregnancy.

Sending peaceful and healthy wishes your way.

Do you think it could be the start of preeclampsia? I feel when I'm stressed I get one after the other. What do you think it could be .

I would drink more if I were you - I am not convinced that your signs can be from dehydration, but you are not drinking enough for a healthy pregnancy. The survival rate for 26 weekers can be quoted as between 60 and 80% but like anything it depends on a number of other issues too. Apparently one study listed it as high as 93%, but no one will tell you this if you were to give birth at that stage as your baby would face a lot of huge obstacles. Hope things will settle down for you and you can have a healthy and less stressful pregnancy.
