Maybe it's just me, but I find the absence of the word preeclampsia disturbing. I know the site is meant as a tribute to her life, not a source of medical information, but it doesn't help anyone to dance around the truth. How she died is important, and omitting the cause of death just reinforces the popular misconception that preeclampsia is rare or is rarely fatal.
