To adjust it for your preemie, simply subtract the amount of time that he was early. For example, my son is 8 months old, and he was 2 months early. So if I were using the calculator, I'd probably check using 6 months, to see how he's doing for his adjusted age.

I'm from PR and I would like to know some url with a calculator to evaluate the growth of premmies.

I would like to know how well is my premmie?

He is 13 month weight 25 pounds and height 31 inches
