Lots of ladies here have had successful subsequent pregnancies after having preeclampsia a first time. Some got PE again, some didn't. That's the thing about PE, you just don't know.
I do agree that especially if you conceive twins you should be monitored closely by a perinatologist. Being pregnant with multiples does increase the odds a bit, and you do have a history.
Sounds like you did a bang-up job with those boys though! I know of at least two moms who delivered twins before 31 weeks, and they were PE free!
