Very strange! Glad it's over ... and I hope it doesn't happen again!

Thank you for the quick reply. That's what I'm crossin' all crossables it is! Though I tell you these (hopefully) insignificant bumps are so frustrating.

It was the weirdest thing. I didn't do anything different, didn't feel sick sick other than that yucky feeling you get when you know your bp is a lil' higher than it should be, and it didn't matter how long I vegged for or what I was doing, it never caught it down.

So strange!

Interesting! Have you been sick at all? Anything different from your normal routine? I, personally, would not know what to think of that either.

Here's hoping it was just an insignificant bump in the smoother road

This past week from Tuesday morning until Friday afternoon my bp would not go below 13x/7x (my usual is 11x/6x) no matter what I did leaving me with a general sense of feeling yuck, a super mild headache and super mild swelling of the feet, which I wouldn't have even noticed if I didn't know to look for swelling. My call in numbers are 140/90, though I almost texted Friday, but then voila, everything went back to normal.

We're 23 weeks tomorrow. So what the heck was that all about? I know we have plenty of room for intervention, and if we do trend higher we'll start bp meds, so I'm attempting not to worry too much. I think the fact that we're at the same gestation as with our 2nd when they started to suspect something and we started doing some 24hrs, which until 29 weeks all came back below 300, has me a lil' on edge. I know it's wasn't even really "high" yet, but, that was weird and totally unnecessary for my supposed to be third times a charm easy breezy pregnancy!

Anyone have similar periods of elevated bp for no foreseeable reason?
