Thank you, everyone :) DH and I are so excited, but still a little shocked that we are actually going to do this again! I had blood drawn for HCG and progesterone and my levels look great so I am seeing my MFM for an ultrasound at 6w2d and I am hoping we can see/hear a heartbeat then. My OB who delivered my DS and DD "retired" to be a SAHM so I am now seeing a new OB in the same practice and when I called to let them know I was pregnant, the nurse told me that my OB had recently had her own 28 weeker and would be on maternity leave indefinitely. Thank goodness for my MFM who knows everything about my crazy pregnancies and handles most of my care anyway. Hoping that this pregnancy goes as well as my last, and maybe even better :)

So, DH and I decided to start trying for #3 in June and I got a faint positive test this morning!! I am still early at just over 3 weeks but we are equally excited and terrified :) My MFM wants me to start Lovenox ASAP this time so I will be starting tomorrow morning, I hate those shots but I am hoping they are what helped me get to 36 weeks with DD. This forum was so helpful during my pregnancy with DD because anyone who hasn't gone through PE just doesn't get how stressful pregnancy can be for us! My due date would be in early March and while I would love to make it to March, I think that late February is more realistic and I would be ecstatic to make it that far!
