I haven't told him. I just started having it. I will ask him next week at my appt. I think I have decided it's from laying on my left side so much.

I have had some weird pain too. My BP isn't anywhere near yours, though. My pain is in my left shoulder blade. I had the EXACT same pain with my HELLP pregnancy, but they thought it was because my gallbladder needed to be removed. Well, I had it out a month after I had him, and now almost 13 years later, it's back! Who knows!

Ok, thanks Angie. This is so nerve wrecking. My bp definitely isn't low either. It's 150/100. Dr said to come back if it's 160/105. Or if I have other symptoms. Let me ask you, what were your symptoms? Mine were atypical, so my Dr says. I had no visual disturbances, no upper ab pain, no spots, or blurry vision. I had a headache, naseous, vomiting, and swelling.

I had HELLP with normal bp. But the pain was more than tenderness- like stop you in your tracks/being stabbed. I would keep a close eye on it and even be inclined to go back in with just "tenderness" in light of your other problems. I feel ok. Seems like since I was discharged, my headache is more frequent, not necessarily more intense though. I also feel naseous (like now). Last night had some type of pain/tenderness in my abdomen, right under breasts on the right side. What's that?! Upper gastric pain? I called on call dr. They really said go back to work?? Ugh, I don't know if id go back to work. How r u feeling? My suggestion is stay home with your nook and phone and relax as much as possible for now.Watch movies, Stay hydrated! :)

Also, I can go to work and no special dietary restrictions! :)

So... I'm home. Instructions are to report immediately if after I get a reading above 160/105 if doesn't go down after a 30 minute rest. Yikes! I'm also to report if I have visual disturbances like seeing spots or blurs, upper gastric pain, vomiting, severe headache, and/or swelling. Otherwise, I see him next Friday and we just wait this out til October 1st. Any suggestions??

The nurse just told me I need to be on a salt restricted diet. Lol. I just shut up. Well, I actually asked what's the recommended daily intake... Guess what, she didn't know! Anyway, I have no problem doing that if it works. I don't eat flour, sugar, or yeast for lupus! That is hard. I will do whatever it takes. Just don't give me misinformation. I'm so curious to see what my dr says about bed rest and sodium restriction. He should be here shortly... I will be asking!
