Congrats on your double blessing! And I'm so sorry for the loss of your first sweet little one.
I wasn't officially diagnosed with HELLP in my first pregnancy, but looking back I think I should have been. My platelet count certainly qualified, and my other numbers were just this side of diagnostic. That baby was born at 35 weeks via induction. I had PE again with my second baby, mild at 37 weeks. I then had a set of twins. I was diagnosed with PIH at 22 weeks, PE at 31 weeks, hospitalized at 33 weeks, and induced at 36 weeks. I ended up with severe post partum PE, but my twins did great.
