1) It can go up and down. My wife always went up as the day went on and would come back down closer to normal as she slept. Her worst readings would be around dinner time.
2) Aspirin never made a difference in our cases.
3) If you really have PIH or Pre-E, I don't think salt would make a big enough difference to keep you from having it.
4) They always checked flow but I never heard about it being part of the diag.
