I woke up this morning & got myself on the scale, expecting no change. Well, I lost a pound, yea! Sooo....

Current: 194
Goal: 170ish
Long Term: 150ish
I gathered the crew together & hit the YMCA this morning to work out. It was hard to motivate myself to go, but I did it for myself. It felt good to do something for me, this time!
