Beginning weight: 208 Current Weight: 195 Short term: 170ish Long term: 150ish. Well, I'm on week 5 and am down 17pounds from where I started (before the forum I was 212.....shhhh don't tell). I am doing 2-3protein shakes (homemade with milk, berries and protein powder...and sometimes some peanut butter) & one meal that has a protein and green veggies a day. I exercise at very least 30min a day. The shakes are pretty good & easy...the hard part is making really yummy food for my family and not being able to eat it!

Current weight: 160 (same as last week)
Short Term Goal: 150
Goal: 135 lbs
Height: 5'6

I am a little tired of staying at the same weight. My fitness program is coming along nicely, but it is frustrating that it doesn't seem to help. Oh well... I will just keep plugging, and maybe stop eating.

Ok, I guess staying at the same weight isn't that bad :/

I need to give myself a swift kick in the a$$ and work harder. I have all of these wonderful ideas, but I always make excuses. I am thinking about putting my facebook addiction up against my husband’s cigarette addiction and challenging him to lose weight also. We'll see if that helps any.
