Hi Jen - I tried to reply to your email, but it may have been lost in the ether while I was out of town. I will post an announcement tomorrow, and we will get started next week. May as well get the weight off before the holidays!

Hi Jen- I think starting fresh every 12 weeks is a good idea. Let me know if I can help with the postings.

Starting weight - 164
Final Weight - 159
-5lbs
Goal Weight - 140
Height 5'6"

More importantly, I am feeling healthy again. I started running at the beginning of WLB, and I went from struggling to run 1/2 mile to running a 10K on 8/1. I feel pretty good about that. Thanks for all of the help and support.

Whatever is easiest for you. I keep posting my progress on a facebook update as well (minus my current weights, etc...just what I've lost) to get some motivation, as well =0)

Starting: 212
Current: 190
TTC Goal: 170ish
Long Term: 150ish

So, I think that I've lost 2 pounds since last post??

Sorry everyone, I didn't forget last week I wasn't able to log on though. I believe that we are starting week 13 today.

I am thinking of posting in 12 week increments and starting fresh every 12 weeks. Please give me some feedback and let me know what you all think :)
