Hey girls. Check it out online I'm starting in a week [ takes about a week for the stuff to come in] I have had 3 friends go on it after having a baby with great success. There's a few different price ranges to. I'm hoping for 25 pounds! Its a 90 day challenge so you don't have to stay on it forever! My Dr recommends it because it works soo well! Hope this helps. Oh yeah and they are yummy shakes not pills!
