I think teeth come in differently for every child. Max is 18 months almost and still has the same six teeth he has had for months. I don't see any coming in either. We have had very little pain with his teething, and no drooling, we are so lucky. But I have a feeling the next set of teeth are going to pop out all at once, and we will be in for it.
There is a good picture in my "What to expect in your babies first Year" book that demonstrates the time table for when the teeth come in, I think we are still on schedule, especially if we go by adjusted age.
