My tiny but mighty girl is 1 today!! I can't believe it. What a journey it has been. She was born at 28 weeks and 5 days/2.2 lbs. After 8 weeks in NICU, she came home and has been healthy and happy ever since. We are so grateful that even though the pg was hard and delivery traumatic (3weeks hospital bed rest; tons of meds; emergency c-section with PE/HELLP and suspected pheo)- our baby girl has had no issues. She is still a featherweight (about 15-16lbs) but growing on her own curve.
she is also crawling and walking along the furniture. She is already a daredevil and seems determined to give her mom a heart attack!!
Anyway, I had to share my success story. This forum helped through the very tough times. I wish everyone on the forum good health and happy families!
