It's been a while since I post and I just wanted to let you know Jake came home yesterday. It was an emotional roller coaster, 34 days of it. He was born at 33 weeks, put on a vent, septic and this last week we dealt with an unknown origin GI Bleed to this day we do not know where it came from. But he is home and now the craziness begins of raising three young children. Thank you all so much for the support.
