I couldn't access the article, but I am taking 150mg B6/day.
I started taking it during pre-conception because I had a leuteal phase defect. My doctor said it was fine, because she recommends it to her pregnant patients in the above dosage for nausea. You can take up to 200mg of pyroxidine without worry of neurological affect. The P-5-P version is safer in larger amounts. Ironically, if I take it in the morning without something to eat first, it makes me nauseaus.
