We get visitors from over 150 countries, and probably many of them are care providers. English is the international medical language, but I'm wondering if there aren't a substantial number of people who would rather have the content in French (for parts of Africa etc.) Or Urdu. Or Quechua. Not that those are necessarily easy to find translators for!
