It's the NICE guidelines. PRECOG was designed (with APEC's support) to supplement the NICE guidelines when NICE had little content specific to hypertensive pregnancy. As I understand things, now NICE have updated their own guidelines to incorporate PRECOG plus some additional research done after PRECOG was developed.
This links to the 2010 guideline and seems likely to be the thing the NHS will now use, but I am trying to confirm that with someone in the system who would know for certain.
