I have started taking one baby asprin a day along with changing my prenatal vitamin; it's called Prima Care I think (will have to look it up). In addition to the regular prenatal things, it also has omega fatty acids in it, which I was looking for (so I don't have to get the mercury from eating fish, or take additional omega supplements).
For "fun", I have just decided to try eating a low-carb diet. Not because it's the popular thing to do, but because I crave, crave carbs, and I'm wondering if my diet has triggered some sort of insulin resistant behavior. I've just started...hope to be able to tell a difference in a few weeks.
