Local California Walk-a-Thon
to benefit Preeclampsia Foundation
Planning Conference Call Set
On May 10, 2008 a national walk-a-thon effort will take place over Mother's Day weekend in support of the Preeclampsia Foundation mission. The state of California will participate in this 4th annual event by hosting a walk on Saturday, May 10th in San Diego.
You are invited to join in on the (casual) planning meeting by phone conference set for
TUESDAY, April 8th at 6 PM.
The call will wrap up around 7 PM. Please reply ASAP and we will share call-in instructions for participating in the call. If you are unable to make the phone conference, but are interested in helping or attending the walk event, please e-mail one of your state WAT coordinators, Alicia or Becky.

Specifically, help is needed with flier distribution, gathering sample items for filling goodie bags, and media coverage.
