I'm in Shasta County anybody else

We have had a lot of Northern CA interest starting Promise Walks in the past year, but no takers on starting a walk. I would like to offer support and guidance on how you can start a Promise Walk in your area. I am from Northern CA and now live in San Diego. I have coordinated the San Diego walk for the past three years and am the 2010-11 Promise Walk Director.

Welcome! I am originally from central CA (Modesto) but now live in San Diego. My son was born in 2004 at 32 weeks via emergent c-section and was 3lbs. 7ozs. as well! We have a few bay area members that come on now and then and have one bay area member who is trying to get a walk-a-thon started in her area. If you are interested, let me know.
