Hi Everyone,

Misty is planning the walk as we speak for the end of May or beginning of June. She'll report back with the details! In the meantime, who thinks they are up to come out to Colorado SPrings, CO (Fort Carson) to walk in the Awareness walk?

It is meant to raise awareness of Preeclampsia, AND raise funds. So everyone can start putting a list together of people they think would join in the walk, help out at the walk, or make a donation to the walk. K?

Barbara, Thanks for sharing interest in helping!! The PF email is on the fritz at the moment, I believe they are working on it. As soon as it's up and running I'll be sure to email you.

I would like to participate. You can email me about it. I haven't done a walk before so I'm not sure of how it works, etc. Is it meant to raise money as well as awareness?

Hola' fellow Colorado members!!
It's looks as though Colorado is showing strong interest in forming our first walk-a-thon!! WOO HOO!!! Which Misty and I are very excited about!!
Misty and I are collaborating a time and place to meet/greet and brainstorm ideas, show of interest in helping and time/exact location for our walk.
So far Misty has gone above and beyond to get the ball rolling -thanks Misty!
Misty has gotten permission to have the walk on base @ Ft. Carson, Colorado Springs.
Anyone interested please sound off on this post so we can email you privately with time and places in mind for our brainstorm session.

I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you!!
