Good morning ladies!
Could any of you PM me your experiences with any MFMs in the area? I tried to get a referral to one during my last pregnancy since I was hypertensive at 8 weeks (after having pre-e during my first pregnancy) and had placenta previa; the first one I contacted said I wasn't high risk enough to warrant seeing a specialist. I think my OB/GYN gave me good care, but I'm not convince that she or my GP are up-to-date on problem pregnancies. I'd like to see someone before we start actively trying again to discuss anything I should be doing beforehand, especially given that surprises happen. If anyone can recommend an MFM who's not snobby about seeing someone for a pre-pregnancy consult, that would be very helpful.
