The Time is NEAR!


The Walk is May 13th in downtown Indianapolis. Registration prices go up to $20.00 on May 1st but you can pre-register today at the low price of $15.00!!!

The Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky Regional State Group is going to have it's first meeting the night before the WAT! Please email me for details, I would love to meet you!

Grab your tennis shoes and I'll meet you downtown on Saturday May 13th!

The WAT is coming along nicely. We have currently collected $707.00
    • $500.00 Gold Level Sponsor
    • $105.00 in pre-registrations (7 people)
    • $102.00 in donations


This is exciting! I have set a goal of 100 walkers to attend our event. Based on last years events in other locations, it's not an unreasonable goal!

Silent Auction Items:
    • Children's Museum Tickets
    • a DVD player
    • baby blankets to be arranged with a basket of goodies


There are more items that will be available, I am just waiting to announce them until I have them in hand. [:D]

Also looking to hold our first ever Indiana State Meeting the night before the WALK! A little social time, a little business, and a LOT of fun!

I've sent a check for registrations for the three of us and we'll invite and bring every family member and friend that we can recruit to travel across the state that day. Since we live a few hours away we'll be working on getting pledges and t-shirt only registrations.

Ok, we are still in process of trying to contact sponsors. I have items for the silent auction. Now we need to work on Walkers! Who will show up? Who can you bring with you? Who wants a t-shirt? Anyone excited about this event along with me? WOOHOOOO
