I think just the Saint Louis area, which would include St. Louis, St Louis County, Jefferson County, and the IL counties right near here.

I would be afraid that people further then columbia would be unwilling to drive to St. Louis for events/meetings and that others on the western half of the state might be better served by a Kansas City Chapter.
