Ohio Coordinator 2006 - Introduction

Post by youtan » Fri Feb 17, 2006 10:20 pm

Hi! I'd like to formally introduce myself as the new Ohio coordinator. I've transfered my title from Kansas because I've recently relocated to the Columbus area.

Some information about our local group. We are fortunate to have an excellent Walk-a-thon coordinator - this year's WAT will be held in Marion, OH. Thanks to Danielle (miracle3) for your hard work organizing this event. We all need to pitch in and support this event.

We will also kick off a brochure distribution this year. Please contact me if you'd like to be more involved with spreading awareness in Ohio!

As one of the leading researchers in the field of hypertension in pregnancy is in Ohio (http://www.preeclampsia.org/MBoard.asp)- I think its important that we as preeclampsia survivors and PF volunteers begin to create an active network of our own.

I look forward to meeting all of you!!!
