The good news: we are now down to one house.

Oh well, we'll just have to be careful with our $ (like that's anything new, LOL) and re-coop (sp). We don't plan on moving again ever, never, ever![:p]

COOL! We have an outing to the FREE Madison zoo scheduled for August. But we'd LOVE to have you come down for the Walk-a-thon! It's May 24th! It's going to ROCK!
And we'll keep fingers crossed through all the contingencies, inspections and appraisals that the deal stays together!

Rebecca...the market is starting to heat up...seriously. March, April and May are THE biggest selling months. What is your real estate agent doing to market and advertise the property? Any particular feedback that you keep getting from showings that you could address? I'm happy to do what I can to offer you advice if you want to email me. But keeping my fingers crossed that it sells quickly!
