Anemia, Thryroid problems after HELLP?

Has anyone experienced anemia problems after having HELLP? Or thyroid problems. I am seeing the doctor tomorrow to have some stuff checked as I am physically exhausted all the time. I read somewhere that anemia can be an issue after HELLP. Just looking for thoughts, experiences. Thanks!
