Ok, ok, I'm not actually a hellp survivor! BUT, I seek to understand you complex, mysterious creatures better for my first State Chapter President presentation in Feb.

What exactly is the hemolysis? How can you tell RBC are getting mucked out? What sets the hemolysis in motion?

What are the ramifications of elevated liver enzymes?

How did the hellp cause Lucy to have an excess of rbc?

how many parts of hellp do you have to have, to be considered HELLP? Is elevated liver enzymes sufficient? Low platelets? hmm???
