Second, have you met with a MFM since your pregnancy? I too have Protein S deficiency and MTHFR. I'm currently pregnant again - 34 weeks :) - and there is no sign of pre-e so far. Fwiw, my sister was also tested after my HELLP pregnancy since some clotting disorders are inherited - she, too, has Protein S deficienc. Her MFM encouraged her to get pregnant when she is ready but said that she will need to be on blood thinners too.
