As I had HELLP postpartum (and already had severe pre-eclampsia, so was already in critical care having bloods taken every 6 hours), I know that my LFTs went from totally normal to 10 times above the top of the normal range (400-500 odd) within 6 hours. Likewise, my platelets fell from 250 to 30 or so in the same time period.

It is so scary to think how fast this can appear.....

I started having HELLP pains at 18. At 20 they were slightly up around 68 and 79. By the next morning they were running 400 to 600. Did anyone do the same thing? Unfortunatley my old drs did no BW do I have no clue what they were at 18. Apparently once mine started to show up in my BW, things went downhill and FAST!
