Hi Jana, Michelle & Danielle,

Wanted to let you know that Dan and I finally got all of the IN WAT close out done on Saturday (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), so your checks will arrive at the office anytime. Apologies for the delay, unfortunately we are pretty much a committee of two.

Many coordiantors are in our same position and on the day of your walk you'd like to think you're work is done, but in a way your work is just beginning with thank yous, acknowledgements, collections, accouting, etc. Thanks for understanding and thanks so much for helping to raise funds for the Preeclampsia DVD.

BTW, there is still time for others following this thread to do Solo Walks. If you haven't had a chance to pitch in yet, we need you and look forward to your participation.

My check for the Dayton Ohio walk a thon hasn't cleared either. That walk was held June 2nd.

I also sent a check for IN WAT that hasn't yet cleared. If you could let us know that would be great.

Thanks for your email. We process checks within one week of receiving them at our office. Which WAT site did you send your check to? Its possible we haven't received it from the WAT coordinator.

How long does it take to cash the checks that were turned in for a WAT? I show that mine and some others are still oustanding from the beginning of June. Is there a process that it goes through first?
