Nathan Tyler

Today I had a scheduled c section and delivered a healthy 9 pound 5 oz baby boy! Blood pressure is up a little so docs are watching very closely. But overall...things went well.

Low Dose Aspirin

I am 29 weeks and last week at my appointment with my MFM I mentioned by regular OB's suggestion that I start low dose aspirin therapy sometime during the 3rd trimester. My MFM said that research doesn't really show that it helps or hurts to try aspirin therapy. My blood pressure (at home) has been ...

Re: Spilling protein

Ok thank you! This has been the only 24 hour urine I've had to do....so it really is my baseline. My bp continues to run normally and I've had no swelling yet at 26 weeks. I'm trying to think positive thoughts and will do the same for you.

My bp was high there, but I also brought my home blood pressure cuff and received high readings while at the office using it. This assured both my doctor and I that the normal readings I have been getting at...

I am 24 weeks pregnant and began my pregnancy with semi high blood pressures. I changed doctors, began an exercise regimen, and have been watching my sodium. My bp has been awesome even at the doctor's office. Hope this continues. We found out we are having a boy but I'm just not ready to prepare any...

BP High

I am 13 weeks pregnant and chronic hypertensive. I am not on any medications and my MFM said he would let my bp get up to 155/100 before intervening which is because he explained that medicine can sometimes cause the babies to be born smaller. I am hovering 130's/90's currently and quite honestly sc...
