Full term!

I can't believe we are full term today!! I've made some progress on my own, about a week ago I was 3.5cm and 50% effaced, so we are hoping I may go into labor on my own....but if not because of our history we will be induced Friday! So close! I'm so thankful, still no signs of pre-e (knock on wood!).

Re: Talk to me about nuchal cord...

Thanks ladies... I was able to talk to my regular MFM yesterday and feel much better now. He said with a "regular" patient with no history if they saw nuchal cord x1 they wouldn't even do monitoring or ultrasounds at all, it's that common. He said with nuchal cord x2 they would add monitoring, and w...

Talk to me about nuchal cord...

Hi Everyone, So I've made it to 34 weeks 3 days... baby looks great, no bp issues yet or anything pre-e which is great. I really was doing pretty well... then we had our growth scan yesterday. Of course our regular MFM had to be at the hospital so we had to see the other one... that did not go well....

Re: How many weeks are you??

Not a specific reason... my son was born sleeping at 33 weeks, but the placenta didn't show any indication that the pre-e was the cause of his death. So, we just don't want to take any additional chances by carrying him longer than we need to.

Re: Induction?

We will be inducing at just under 38 weeks if I have no problems and don't go into labor before then. My MFM wanted to induce between 36-37 originally, but with seeing how well things are going *knock on wood* we've pushed it back a bit. Nobody is comfortable going the full 40 though just because of...

Re: How many weeks are you??

Just over 33 weeks! I'm a week passed my pre-e diagnosis from last time and a few days passed my loss milestone. It feels wonderful to be at this point, but at the same time I get so anxious as it gets closer! I will be induced just under 38 weeks... so just 4 1/2 more weeks to try to keep myself sa...

Re: Milestone

I completely understand... I'm out of milestones now. I passed my pre-e milestone a little over a week ago and just yesterday was the day that I had delivered my sleeping boy in my last pregnancy. It is so bittersweet, I've been very emotional. I'm so grateful though to have made it this far and sti...

Re: UTI Experiences?

Thank you angie! This is exactly the kind of reply I was hoping to get... it's so hard not to stress. I seriously won't take meds for anything unless they make me, makes me WAY too nervous!

UTI Experiences?

This week is super hard for me, I'm right between my pre-e dx milestone and my loss milestone, I was really hoping the week would pass completely uneventfully.... but instead I have a UTI. My OB has put me on macrobid. I'm 32weeks and a few days right now, and the last time I was put on an rx while ...

One week until PE milestone

Hi Everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I just had to share this with women who I know will get it. I'm 31 weeks today, that means I have one week left until I hit my pre-e diagnosis milestone. Just one week after the dx last time, sweet Peyton was born sleeping. On the one hand I feel confident,...
