Re: Loneliness and TTC

Thanks ladies. Your comments do help. And it's comforting to know that you ladies feel like me. It's not only loneliness I feel but it's the alienation from the "mother's group" and from pregnant women. Before I lost my son many of my friends would keep in contact with me and ask about my pregnancy ...

Loneliness and TTC

It's been 3 months since I lost my son and now we are TTC once again. Before the tragedy happened my outlook on many things were very different to now. I was very positive about the pregnancy, happy about the arrival of our son and looking forward to the preparation that I had to do. Life seemed per...

Re: PE Risk in Relation to Maternal Mood & Anxiety

Hi ladies

I am just reading this for the first time today and was quite surprised of this study/finding. Because I am a naturally anxious person (and I'm not happy of that fact) does it mean that it's best if I go on anxiety meds before trying again?? :-(

Re: Recent loss and I just need some advice, encouragement

Like the other women in this thread I too know your pain and what you have gone through. I lost my very first baby James to severe PE and he was also IUGR due to that. I had no idea that there was something wrong with me until my midwife discovered my BP had shot up and that protein was detected in ...

Re: 41 year old TTC again after losing IVF baby to severe PE

Thanks for your reply Sam. My MFM specialist has told me that I can try again as soon as my periods come back or I can give myself 3 months to start trying again. Whilst in hosp I was tested for many things and all came back negative and before I left the hosp the specialist had discussed a few thin...
