<t>I am 36 weeks 2 days. I had HELLP Syndrome with my first pregnancy 8 years ago, but never had any symptoms. I did not develop HELLP until delivery. I have been having upper right quadrant pain since about 23 weeks. When I first had it I was told to take tums it was probably heartburn/indigestion....
