Re : Alisha (Heatedheart)
Alisha,
Hope everything goes swimmingly and that Chloe is nice and healthy. I know you so wanted a vaginal birth, but I think you made a very good decision and will be happy with it once she's here!

Re : Pregnant with baby #2 and working
<t>I am working part time (and worked part time last pregnancy, too). I work about 25-30 hours/week at a newspaper doing mostly design and copy editing, but some writing, and also am a licensed massage therapist (and do that about 6-10 hours/week). <br/> <br/> I have found that having at least one d...

Re : Dr. Appt. Today
<t>Anxiety can definitely cause BP to go up, but you have to remember that means that every time you are a bit anxious, it's going up. And there are also plenty of people out there who get anxious and their BP doesn't go up, so I think it's not good to write off high BP (even occasional) to anxiety....

Re : How long after delivery did you remain swollen?
<t>I am in the minority here, but I still retain fluid years after my PE pregnancy. I'm pregnant again right now and it hasn't gotten too much worse then when I am not pregnant. I have never had pitting edema, but there are days when I feel like my calves are very tight and are about to burst. My fe...

No small-baby worries here
<t>I had my 34-week ultrasound today, and it looks like I can officially start giving away Delaney's preemie clothes. The peri said the baby is estimated at 6 pounds -- and now I am starting to get terrified that I'm going to have a 9- or 10-pounder if I deliver near my due date! Delaney was only 4-...
