depends if you want a one a day or are willing to take like 6 a day. i am a one a day kinda gal so i bought some one a day's. the brand i use is SUPER NUTRITION. i also wanted one that had 1000mcg of folic acid. they are also gentle on the stomach.

mine didn't check me until i was 37wks when they did the strep b test. i think if you have no reason to check i would wait until you get closer to full term.
