Just remember that it's not called baby aspirin; it's made for adults. If you ask for baby aspirin, you'll get the chewable tablets.

If you're worried about gastric irritation, use enteric-coated low-dose aspirin rather than chewable baby aspirin (both are the same dosage, but the coating protects your stomach).

It's too soon to be implantation bleeding from THIS instance, but that doesn't mean she couldn't be pregnant and having implantation bleeding from earlier sex.

I was on 30 mg nifedipine through the last 3 months of my first pregnancy, through four years of TTC, and throughout my second pregnancy. All my doctors agreed it was safe.
